All Sales Final

All sales made through North Delta Research are final.

Due to the nature of research and cosmetic compounds, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Improper use or handling
• Misunderstanding of intended use
• Ordering errors
• Failure to comply with intended research or cosmetic use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product selections and order details are correct prior to purchase.

No Guarantees or Warranties

All products are sold “as is” and “as available.”

North Delta Research makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding suitability for any specific purpose beyond stated laboratory research or cosmetic formulation use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged during transit or incorrect due to our error, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the issue

At our sole discretion, we may issue a replacement for verified errors.

Refunds will not be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Immediate suspension of customer accounts
• Refusal of future orders

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve order-related concerns before initiating a dispute.

Limitation of Responsibility

North Delta Research is not responsible for:

• Improper handling, storage, or use of products
• Use of products outside stated intended purposes
• Compliance with local, state, federal, or international laws

Responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with the buyer.
